3 There is no special news. I worked today and washed clothes after work before we went to the show. Yesterday I sent a wire to you, but did not write too. If you had driven Polly all this time instead of me, the seas cover on the front side where my right leg is would not be completely worn through. You wouldn't have as portly a calf to rub it through, and you would have leg to spare so the angle would be different. I can just easily reach it women are so destructive of a man's things! I love my husband. Whether you get discharged from service or not, I hope you at least get a States assignment so I can be with you. Love, Laura
