Wed nite [9-10-42] Dearest:-- We washed our barracks tonite did a general housecleaning washed windows and all I didn't have any clothes to wash tonite pretty well caught up for a few days. We had a lot of class work today on some new weapons. I didn't get a letter today probly got stalled in Spartanburg they dont do very well down there I just had a long talk with one of the Corporals he has a small room in one end of the barracks we were alone
