132 hot oven. Cheese Muffins. 1 1/2 cupful flour 1/2 " grated cheese 2 large teasp. b. powder 1 egg salt, milk butter Mix flour and cheese. Add baking powder, pour in beaten egg and little milk to make soft dough. Knead lightly. Roll out 1/2 inch thick, cut into rounds. Bake in hot oven for 12 mins. - Split muffins, butter, serve at once. Chocolate Fudge. 1 large tin sweet condensed milk 12 ozs plain choc. 1 lb sugar 1/2 p water 4 oz [illegible] Bring sugar & water to the boil. Add milk, cook until mixture will form firm ball when tested in cold water. Then add chocolate, broken and chopped up. Beat
