137 pinch of salt lemon rind peeled & cut almonds sistency, remove from heat. Mix egg yolks with a few drops cold H2O & stir into mixture. Fold in egg whites (stiff). Pour into bowl and chill. Pumpkin desert 1 pumpkin sugar vinegar cinnamon sticks cloves pinch of salt Peel pumpkin, remove soft pulp, cut into medium sized pieces. Soak for 24 hrs. in mixture of cold water, sugar & vinegar. Then bring mixture to boil after adding cinnamon & cloves. Add pumpkin and cook until it turns glassy Add vinegar and sugar to taste.
