146 German Style Perfection Salad 2-3 oz pkg. veget. flavored gelatin 2 c boiling H2O Place in 8 1/4 x 4 1/2" loaf pan. Add H2O & stir.1 tbsp vinegar 12-15 ice cubes 1 pimiento 6 sm. green onions 2 c sauerkraut Add & stir till dissolved & begins to thicken; remove unmelted ice. Snip into gelatin tops of onions & pimientos. With scissors cut through contents of can of sauerkraut; add; stir. Chill till set, about 4 hrs. or overnight. Unmold Serve w/ Horseradish Mayonnaise on greens 1 tsp. horseradish 1 c mayonnaise Makes 8 - 10 servings.
