150 Swedish Meatballs 2 lbs gr. beef 6 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c dry onion soup mix 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 c bread crumbs 1/2 c milk 2 tbsp. flour 2 c milk Combine ingredients Shape into small balls. Brown lightly; shake skillet to keep balls round. Cover & cook 20-25 min. Remove meat; drain off fat - leaving 1/4 c in skillet. Blend flour into fat, stir in milk. Cook & stir till gravy thickens. Return meatballs to skillet. 10 serv. Noodle-Pimiento Ring 1 - 5 oz pk. medium noodles 4 egg yolks Cook noodles & drain. Combine with egg yolks,
