1 tsp. baking powder pinch salt 2 eggs 1/2 c. oil 2 tsp. H2O Mix dry ingredients. Wok - other ingredients. Roll out thin, brush with oil, cut into rounds. Pineapple Cookies 1 c white sugar 1 c brown sugar 1 c shortening 2 eggs 1 c crushed pineapple 4 c flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp soda 1 tsp vanilla 1 c chop nuts Cream shortening & sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, pineapple (not drained). Then add rest of well-sifted ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet & bake at 350 degrees until sl. browned.
