Pineapple Celery Onion Black Olives 3/4 c sour cream 3/4 c mayonnaise 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp dry mustard & garlic salt Season tarragon, chili, curry; etc. Mix & chill Jerky Beef Salt & pepper Cut off all fat. Slice 1" wide, 1/4 " thick strips. On cookie sheet make lattice work-like layers of meat & seasoning. Refrigerate 12 hrs. Turn
