180 Broccoli Salad 2 bundles broccoli 1 sm red onion 1/2 cup raisins 8-10 sl. bacon - 1/2 c mayo 1/4 c sugar 2 tbsp vinegar Wash, drain broccoli, break into flowerettes, no stalks. Cook bacon & crumble. Chop onion. Mix all. Mix dressing & pour over Refrigerate 3-4 hours. Tuna Mousse 1 envel. gelatine 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 slice onion 1/4 c boil. H2O 1/2 c mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 tsp dill 2 3/4 cans tuna 3/4 sm. can evapor. milk Blend first 4 ingredients. Add all else. Add cream 1/3 at a time & blend well. Pour into mould & chill.
