Sangria 2 bottles red wine 1 bottle lemonade 1 glass brandy Fruit in season Chill Hot Punch 1/2 bottle wine 1/2 bottle rum 3 lemons 8 oz sugar 1/4 cinnamon 1/4 tsp clove 1 1/2 pints H2O Rind of lemon - grate. Heat until boiling. Strain into punch bowl. Add wine Tomato 5 1/2 lbs sugar 2 1/2 lbs lemon ginger 1 oz Camden 1 pectin 1 tsp H2O 7 pints yeast Chop tomatoes, add ginger cover with 5 pints H2O - cold. Add Camden & pectin. Leave 24 hrs. Rest of H2O to boil with sugar; cool. Add tomato pulp, yeast, etc Ferment 4 days, stir 2X / day. Press pulp. Measure to make up 1 gallon - add cool boiled H2O if nec. Waterseal. Mature 9 mo. to 1 yr.
