Mar 25, 1942 Dear Laura: Received your letter & the other materials in your package. We were very glad to hear from you - we were beginning to wonder what had happened to you. The "last sad remains of the wedding hat" have not yet been found. I'm sorry to say. Have you heard that we are having a general staff meeting at Iowa City Mar 27th & 28th? I thought you might like to take a little drive in this beautiful spring weather on one of those days. I'd love to see you. With Love Rose Harisch
