4 is Olivia de Haviland's stand-in. I think I mentioned the doctor before, he is my fellow-boarder and head of the medical department at Warners. He is also a Welshman, his father was born in Candiff. We went boating for a while in his boat, which is primarily a fishing boat but a goodsized one with berths in the cabin and a fine motor. Then we drove down to the wharf where all the fishing boats dock & unload, there are canneries right there. We took a ferry over to San Pedro & drove home. It was very pleasant. I hope you had a good time in Chicago. I think Mary should by all means go to Quebec & Daddy to Bermuda. I would not
