and 121 pages of copy. It is meticulous, eye-straining and nerve-wracking work and you have to be on your feet all the time, But now it's all done and a success, so it was worth it. Really, it is my nook in every way: I had no specific instructions, was just told to put out a book on the show. I made every decision - the size, the cover, the design, what pictures; I ordered and bought the materials, selected the bindings and did a good share of the typing besides writing it (I started on it a week ago Sunday). No one reviewed any part of it - nobody saw it in any form until it was finished. I don't man to be bragging - it's just that I needed something like this to improve my morale, and it certainly has - 150%. The book will be printed in Washington, and I will send you one as soon as it is - though I'm sure it won't be as nice as the ones we did by hand. Will be in Reno probably through the 25th, and Klamath Falls, Oregon, through the 3rd. Then Seattle, Tacoma, Portland, San Jose, Santa Barbara, Burbank, Santa Monica, Long Beach, San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson and El Paso. My sincerest hopes for your immediate recover, Dad. Love, Joseph
