Grandmother's Beet Relich. Miss G. 1 qt boiled beets, chopped, 1 qt cabbage chopped, 1 cup grated, horse radich, 2 cups sugar, 1 T salt, 1 T pepper, Vinigar & cover, do not heat, put in good cans.
