Tomato Relish About 1 gal after being chopped 1 peck ripe tomatoes 4 sweet peppers 6 cups chopped onions 2 qts vinegar 2 oz mustard seed 1 oz cinnamon (ground) 1 cup salt 2 pounds brown sugar 2 cups chopped celery chop everything very fine let tomatoes drain after they are chopped. Add vinegar last. Do [not make.?] Mrs Nissinger.
