Corn Salad 18 ears of corn 1 head of cabbage (not cut to fine) 3 peppers (can be omited and add more onion.) 2 onions 3 cups of sugar 1/4 cup of mustard 1/4 cup of salt Boil 15 minutes. 2 qts vinegar, weaken to taste, I use about 1/3 rd water. Mrs E. L. Uiner
