PM 7/5/18 Conger dear,- This is the glorious fo'th, and raining, as it generally do. But I don't feel the need of any further celebration because four more letters to me and one to Mama, came this morning. When I sent Philip to the Post Office, he was a bit peckish, because his fourth was all spoiled aneverything and he didn't seem to be in a rush to go after the Mail.
