113 July 6, 1918 Honey Girl, - Did I tell you I found much delight in your letters from Arkansas? The three of them that have come so far are lying here on my desk and I have just been rereading them to see if there is anything in them demanding an answer. Your description of the cave people, and of the devotional ceremonies at the Blackburns', and of various other phases of your visit was interesting and diverting. I think I'd like to explore that part of the country and I hereby take you up on your proposal of a camping excursion down
