to you. It simply scanlus.  The other night Mama and I went up to "look on" at the dance for a few minutes after practice.  The kids simply insisted, and I tho't what a good chance it would be to get a trap-drummer for my show, and to have the orchestra leader get up & give us a little free advertising, so we went.  I was all dusty and my hair was hanging down, but the minute I stepped in, three of my boys yelled for the first dance.  I said I wasn't dancing but one boy said, "I'll be over there with your old man soon and I'll explain things," and they simply pulled me out on the floor. My shoes wouldn't stay on nor nothin' but golly!  In a few minutes I was enjoying it, and ready to do the "Dan Tucker".  I just danced the three that I had to and came right home.  I was awfully ashamed of myself but I don't believe
