The schedule sound as if we had things pretty easy. And so we do as compared to what we have had in earlier times and to what many others have. But it is deucedly tiresome - particularly to everyone who has grown up to hard work and a fondness for it as I have. The monotony of the life is getting on my nerves. I'm "fed up" on it. I'll have to ask for another and busier job if business doesn't pick up pretty soon. Now if you were here - how different everything would be! I have such abundant leisure that I could spend with you. We could have no end of good times playing together, exploring this quaint region. It's a cruel regulation that prevents my having you. Of course, hundreds like me could say the same thing, and if the wish of all of us were granted, there would be serious complications. That's the h--l of being part of a big system. Everything that a
