Last night the baby disgraced me. In the afternoon while Flo was trying to put him to sleep he kept singing "Lassie, wize eyes o' boo," until she threatened to spank his blue eyed little pants. When I was playing he stood beside me, and after one of my pieces, when I protested that it was too hot to play more, he said "Kay would 'pank Daffies' little boo-eyed pants if her didn't play for him." I played at once. Are you shocked? I was - n't. July 25th 'Bye, lover- Daphne.
