Ninety-two June 7, 1918 Daphne, honey, - I am staying in Paris today to run the office while Lieutenant Morgan goes out to have a look-see at the battle front. Just now I find the opportunity that I have been seeking to start a letter to you. I made two attempts yesterday without getting far enough before interrupted to make it worth while to go on. And when I arrived at my hotel last night I was too fagged to think, much less write.
