Ninety-three Paris June 9, 1918. Dear Old Girl,- Three more letters from you reached me today. They are of dates May 12,15, and 16, which fill in the gap there was before between a letter of May 9 received a week or more ago and one of May 19 that came yesterday. I gobbled up two of the three when I got in this afternoon; the third I am saving for a night-cap. My trip to the front today was brief. I took three correspondents out at 10:30. On the way we bought some sardines, canned ham, pate de foie gras, cheese, bread, raisins, and wine - on which we lunched at the wayside. That saved us the difficulties of finding a place to buy luncheon and the time
