I am using Smithey's pen. It has a queer habit of suddenly sitting down, crossing its legs and refusing to work. I am used to a good fountain pen - or a very much better one than the one my husband uses and if I skip a word or two you'll have to guess at them. There is a kid across the street, who is a record breaker for running away. He has had four whackings in the last fifteen minutes and now they have hooked the screen door on him to keep him in but I'm betting on the kid. I used to run away too, and I've not forgotten the art.
