I find I'm much better off if I keep my mind off certain phases of this war and pay attention to doing my bit when ever I can. I am constantly speculating as to your where-abouts these days, after reading certain newspaper accounts, but of course I have no real idea. I've eaten enough corn bread to feed the German Army. I hate it - jes nachely despise it. I never ate it before in my life, but I find I can swallow it when it comes to saving wheat. I never saw patriotic people
