Lest you are really becoming jealous, let me inform you that the man is a Red Cross enthusiast and is trying to put the "Sammy Backers" on. I'm afraid it's a go, and I'm not particularly glad because it means lots of hard work when I really need a few weeks rest. Now don't think I'm a slacker, honey child. I'm very willing to do all I can. The show last night was cute. I suppose you have seen it - Jack Pickford in "Seventeen." The Baby had more fun than any of us. Honey, did you ever rock a baby to sleep? It's the nicest thing in the world. Every afternoon I take the baby and the Teddy Bear and rock them. Baby sings with me until he goes to sleep. With a little boosting he can get thru most of the popular songs. He's the smartest kid I ever saw. He's not yet two years old, but he's able to figure out the shortest cut into mischief, and to lay the blame on someone else.
