I'm too rotten at it to play with the cutthroats we have here and maintain my reputation for good sense. What? Do you doubt that I have such a reputation? Be that as it may - as Marcus Aurelius so ably said - I am much more comfortable up here in my bathrobe and slippers. Hark! There goes the alerte for an air raid. You'll have to excuse me while I darken the windows with shutters and curtains.
