(do not confuse this with Man and Woman of the Year Award. These names should be selected as quickly as possible and to make the awards meaningful each council should not have over one or two members. Reminder to all: Resolutions should be prepared in advance in writing and should have the endorsement of the council. We plan to start the meetings at the scheduled times so please make an extra effort to arrive a little early.....SEE YOU IN FORT MADISON, MAY 22, 1971.......
