Maybe the sending of the ego through time will constitute the first step in the achievement of time-travel; the sending of the material body, the final step. But what will it be like, to be sent through time? To send a person to another era, would pre-bably require an enormous amount of power. If that were so, then the Time-Traveller would have to endure the agony of having volt upon volt of electricity, or any other kind of power, through his. The subject, therefore, would have to be sound in both body and mind. The time-traveller would need a working-knowledge of many languages. He would have to a study the dialects of the time he is to visit. He would have to dress in the manner of the time he visits. Above all he must keep his identity a secret; for he would either be branded a mad man or a demon. Then, too, if he travels into the past, he will need cur-reney that dates according to that time, or he will be penniless. If you travel far enough into the past, high-quality cloth, or metal could be used as money. But in travelling into the future, an entirely new system of exchange may have been evolved. Modern stamps, coins, or pieces of art, may bring good prices in the far future. If that were true, the time-traveller may bring some with him, but where would he sell them? He knows absolutely nothing about the city of the future. And, too, the air of the future may have thenned enough to make it quite uncomfortable for the time-traveller. It's interesting to speculate upon such possibilities even though we cannot be sure of any of then. We'll have to wait until time travel is accomplished (sigh). That'll be the day!
