How to reach us

Staff interpreters provide services during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. They are also available for emergencies at other times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Use the yellow card we have given you when you come to the hospital. Show the card at the Registration Desk or Information Desk, south wing entrance, and they will get in touch with us.

If you are not in the hospital and would like to get in touch with an interpreter, dial (319) 356-1967 as indicated on the yellow card.

When you receive correspondence from University Hospitals, call us if you have any questions.
