eats with another family and consequently has no fire going of mornings. She used to tell me how dear the alcohol that she uses to heat the water with is, but now our conversation is only as follows: "Voila, monsieur" "Merci madame." My room is neither very attractive or unattractive, but it is always spotlessly clean. I jump out of my pajamas into the uniform giving the pajamas a fling. At night I find them carefully folded on top the turned down covers. Aren't I being spoiled, though? I'd like to have a basket of blossoms at your door this May day evening. I feel more deeply than you know the disappointment of not being able to do a thousand little, lover tricks to delight you, things that I should do if I were not so hopelessly distant. I send you all my love, dearest darling, and kiss you with lips aflame. Your hubby, Couger. Conger Reynolds 2nd Lt A.G.D. [censors seal]
