Of course the Beast was Der Kaiser, and honestly, much as I'm agin the Kaiser, I think this picture is dreadfully over done. Understand I'm not boosting Handsome Bill any more, but some of these stunts were too silly to believe. A man must be clever to have planned and executed all that he has. The men who took the different parts were well made up to represent Gerard, Wilson, and the pesky furriners too. It was interesting to watch the Kaiser review the troops in the picture, since I've really seen him do it. It must be nice to live in Iceland. I think I'd like to go there for a change. Hot? Oh boy! This
