our pastor (something we never do ordinarily, of course) when he said what ought to be done to these Quakers for their attitude toward the Liberty Loan. Well he told the congregation he was glad they did. He knew they wanted to applaud. Yesterday was the anniversary of the organization of the Epworth League and our District Superintendent of church organizations gave an address to the laymen and young people in general, telling them what they have to do to make themselves efficient to do their part in the great work of reconstruction after this war is over, It was fine and filled even this "old lady?" with enthusiasm and a desire to do something to help make me wish I was young again
