Whereupon Lieutenant Delaney leaped four feet clear from his chair and landed in full speed headed for the exit. He's a war bride, and in love with his wife - poor fish! Lieutenant Mangan read off the names and tossed the envelopes about in the group. The name "Reynolds" recurred several times. Which - by way of preface - had nothing to do with the fact that I am happy tonight. Why should one get excited over the arrival of three letters after a week of waiting?
