I had a real chummy time and talked a lot about his Unk. John wrinkles up his nose and makes the same sort of impudent face that you do, and I nearly squeezed him breathless for it. Julie had such a wonderful dinner, and we all enjoyed it so much. After dinner I played a little and later we took a walk in the moonlight. It was awfully hard for John to make up his mind to leave, but he made a date with me for today so I guess we'll survive the parting. This morning letters came from Lizabeth & Ted (Liz Cottey), Naomi, Lillian Blackburn George Schumann and Friend Hub. Lillian's told of your letter to her. She is wild with delight over it, and the fact that they've had good news from Robert. George was up in the air over his letter from you, and sent it on to me so I could see what a wonderful thing it was. Liz Cottey was
