August 30th '18. Conger dear,-- In a very few minutes I'm going out to look at rooms again. Last night we found some that are not so worse -- might be worser, for $35 --. Of course light, gas & heat were included in this case or I'd never have considered it, because it is upstairs, the rooms are very small, and I don't like the atmosphere.
