The 1940 Plymouth originally owned by STANLEY GRIFFIN, husband of the subject had been transferred as of January 25, 1951 to WILLIAM R. SMITH, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. SMITH is the president of the Progressive Party in the State of Iowa.
