[ ] clerk, Illinois Motor Vehicle Registration Bureau, after checking the license registration records of that Bureau, advised that 1951 Illinois License 1-906-259 covered the registration of a 1946 Ford two-door sedan, Motor Number [ ] and is registered in the name of OTTO E. ANSTROM, c/o [ ] 

An examination of the telephone directory for the city of Chicago, Illinois revealed one [ ] whose address if given as [ ] b7C

The 1946 Ford was purchased by ANSTROM on April 4, 1951 by bill of sale from [ ] b7C

[ ] clerk, Security of State's Office, State of Illinois, Drivers and Chauffeurs license Bureau, after causing a check to be made of the records of that Bureau, advised that Illinois Drivers License #X1-0040-249 was issued on April 10 1951 to OTTO E. ANSTROM, 1441 East 60th Place, c/o [ ] b7C
