Dear Old Chap, -- This young book I've written is for family and friends, at Cedar Rapids to hear too. I'm also sending a dupe to Dexter. When I can I'll mail a thingamabob I induced the waitress in the restaurant at Metz to give me to send home. We're leaving for Luxembourg in the morning. My next letter may be from there. Meanwhile I'm thinking of you always and wishing you could be with me for the entertaining phases of daily adventures. I'm eager to hear from you again to be sure you are well and comfy. Please be impatient for me to come home, but not too impatient! The great day is coming. Millions of kisses, Conger.
