Home Dec 5th 1918 My Soldier Boy" Your long good letter came to our Home a week ago to day we were so glad to hear form you as it had been quite long enough to make one a little anxious but the letter was so good that it made up for all the delay we were up to Uncle Doc Sunday and Elvine M. was there he read it to all and they enjoyed so very much While Elvine was reading it he was so affected by some of the descriptions that he would have to stop & come to
