Nancy December 6, 1918 Sweetheart Mrs. -- For a change I'm here. But change is not all I am here for. With Captain de Viel Castel and two correspondents I came down from Treves this morning to carry out sunday missions and have a conference with my tailor. He, the tailor, will as a result make necessary changes in a uniform which I couldn't wear as it came to me. It was one I had ordered just before the armistice. Unable to get here for a final try-on I had it sent to me. But alas! when I put it on I found the shoulder straps slanting down my back
