Image surrounds title and takes up half the page. Image and text printed in blue ink.] Smack in the nucleii by the ICononclast "The highest form of human science is the recognition of human ignorance". So let us hope that after this war, our futurian Captains of Industry and Finance will realize that they also, are just plain stupid human beings stumbling along on an education which is merely an accessory to the influences of fortunes amassed years ago thru the development of natural resources.
