This doesn't matter to Mr. Webster of course, who still contends that Passovsky is - was -- an orphan. It is just that I have no wish to offend Mr. Passovsky, pere, (who might not understand.) I must beg you to accept this marvel of chance as the fact that it is for the time being. If any who still doubt will write me, I shall, as soon as it is convenient, pay him a call, together with Hugh Success, and strive to settle all doubts in his mind. I must warn, tho, that you must have a plentifully stocked larder--Hugh is quite an eater. His stomach is Wolff's: the University's one time stoutest student.
