John & Alla Johnston John Mattocks Minnie Baldwin Will & I set up at Ogles las night with Maryes little dead babe I got a letter from Em Th Oct 8 A cold day rather cloudy we all went to baby Wicoms furnel Mary Coventry died at 10 oclock to day Minnie B is here to night pretty cool night Fri Oct 9 has been a nice day I washed made Bill a shirt & baked bread Mr Ogle was here also Alla & the boys are busy plowing sat Oct 10 has been a nice day Mary Coventry was buried to day Father & Mother went to the furnel Bill Wallace & I went to the grave yard Linie & Bill was here for dinner we had fryed chicken for dinner I have a bad headache to night sunday Oct 11 A nice day I was home all day Liz & family Alace Kohler was all here to day Liz & mother went to Ogles this afternoon a while I
