Tues Jan 7 another nice day thawed until the roads was muddy we churned & got no butter I made 2 mince pies iorned good night Wed Jan 8 another beautiful day I went over to Mrs Foxwells & helped cook dinner for wood choppers who was getting wood for the church mother got butter to day thank fortune th Jan 9 another beautiful bright warm day roads are very muddy watter run in the hallow this eve I visited Mabel Rathlinsberger all day had a nice visit Fri Jan 10 not so warm to day dident thaw much wind high I baked cake cookies 2 mince pies worked on my quilt some this afternoon my the wind blows
