Tues aug 20 a fine day we ironed this fornoon Father took Russie Russell & I over to Linies wed aug 21 a nice day very cool nights & gathered 10 qts black berries & we caned them then Russell Russie & I went down to Lizes this eve Vesle Kniel & a Miss Hayett was at Linies for dinner to day Mrs Allen & Bessie wer to visit us to day & I was gone was so sorry th aug 22 a fine day we came home this afternoon Mother was sick I came home by John Wikams
