a gloomy day rained a little Russ & I ironed here done patching this afternoon had a hard shower this eve sat sept 7 We had a very heavy thunder storm with a heavy rain last night sun came out about noon to day is nice & cool this eve sun sept 8 A fine day I went to church Father Mother & Russie went to Babs to day Russell & I had dinner with Wallace & Lena then went to church with them we are afraid of frost nights are so cool
