mon sept 9 A fine day we did a large washing Wallace took a load of sweet corn to the factory to day Tues sept 10 A fine day we ironed Liz E was over for dinner we all had dinner at Wallace & Lenies the boys took 2 load of corn to the factory we have a little calf Russell & I road with Liz as far as the cemetery & mood the lot Wallace brought me a pare of shoes to day they are dandies wed sept 11 a fine day Lena Russell & I went with Wallace to Elgin this afternoon on a load of corn got Russell a new suit
