sat Nov 16 A fine day I fixed me a petocoat baked bread cleaned & oiled the kitchen floor Wallace took his buck wheat to Fayette to day got over thirteen hundred weight of flour Mother called at Mrs Ogles this afternoon we have lovely moon light sun Nov 17 A fine day we all had dinner at Wallaces Liz & Fred E was there we had our first buck wheat cakes this morning was fine Mon Nov 18 A fine day I did a large washing washed 2 bed ticks besides my general washing Tues Nov 19 A nice day Jack Kimpstan died last night at 8 oclock nine Peters is here to night Mother & Wallace went to Elgin to day
