By W. Earl Hall No. 10 Cable accounts will have reached readers of this letter, at least of the first two items, but I can't resist just a little further reference to them. Paris, Sept 20 - Today, Tuesday, has brot me three major thrills. One came as a Legion delegate to the great Paris convention; the second came, more specifically, by virtue of being a Legionnaire from the state of Iowa and the third was experienced in my role of green tourist seeing Paris for the first time. I refer, respectively, to the following: 1. Hearing Marshal Foch, and General Pershing in their history-making addresses at the convention. 2. Attending a reception given by President Domergue of France for the Iowa delegation's presentation of a state flag. 3. Seeing mighty and beautiful Paris from Eiffel tower, 984 feet in the air. The large and ornate auditorium of the Trocodera was filled to its capacity for the appearance of the two great military men. Concerts by a yellow-clad band from
